災難來臨

災難片向來是電影的一個重要類型，災難片可以拍出存亡危急時的人性善惡，反思人類盲目追求科技的偏差，以及人類相對於自然的渺小脆弱，拿到好萊塢去，更是塑造超級英雄，燒錢大玩特效的最佳題材。

近年來全球各地天災頻仍，不只發生的頻率越來越高，造成的人命財產損失也越來越大，有80年來第一次，有百年來最大，有超越歷史紀錄，彷彿競賽般，不斷刷新紀錄。而處在資訊幾乎同步的現時世界，人們不斷受到災難實況的衝擊，人心越發浮動，對未來的不安全感越發升高，真不知道一旦超越臨界點時，會是怎樣的浩劫。

過去看災難片時，總覺得比較像科幻片，導演天馬行空，竭盡所能來嚇唬觀眾。近來再回想那些災難片情節，卻覺得越來越寫實，有的簡直像紀錄片。

或許，這麼多的災難都是造物主的警訊，人類已經面臨到非得改變的關鍵時刻，對於科技的追求與倚賴，早就偏離了正軌，為了更多、更快、更強，不斷消耗有限的資源，破壞棲身的環境。聖經中所多瑪和蛾摩拉遭天火焚毀的故事，是一頁真實的歷史，若人類再不節制物慾、謙卑反省，毀滅性的天火一定迅速來臨。

1972年出品的一部美國電影海神號(The Poseidon Adventure)，是一部海難片，和鐵達尼號一樣，源於人們對於科技的自滿自恃，以及對大自然的傲慢輕忽，最後付出幾百條人命的代價。這部片子在2005年重拍一次，結果是觀眾駡聲不絕。

1972年的這部雖然得過不少獎，但是我看過後並沒有留下什麼深刻印象，惟一記得是那首超好聽的主題曲，我超喜歡主唱Maureen McGovern的聲音。
