火燒摩天樓

火燒摩天樓( The Towering Inferno)是另一部1974年出品的災難片，保羅紐曼主演。敘述人類過度追求科技，加上放縱貪婪的私欲，終至讓一座138層高的摩天大樓在開幕當日，即因負電過高而引發大火，釀成一場悲劇。

因為前兩年海神號的音樂太過成功，這部片完整搬來當時的詞曲搭檔和主唱，創作了一首We May Never Love Like This Again，再度拿下當年奧斯卡最佳歌曲。
